Graphic Design

It depends on which service you are needing. Brand kits include a logo, color palette, font selections, and a brand guide. Full branding packages can include social media graphics, templates, and more.

Design projects timelines depend on the scope of the project and how quickly feedback is provided. When you receive the Welcome pack it will show all the project milestones and agreed upon dates.

Usually each design project includes 2–3 rounds of revisions, depending on the service. Additional changes can be added at an hourly rate.

Absolutely! You’ll receive all necessary file formats for print, digital, and web use. If you need any other formats than the one I give, I’m always happy to help get you the correct format for what you need.
Photography

I offer branding photography, headshots, event coverage, and creative portraits.

Solo sessions usually last 30–90 minutes, depending on the type of shoot. Weddings and events have bigger windows.

You’ll receive a gallery of edited images within 7–10 business days.

It varies by session type, but most packages include 20–50 edited images. You’ll always know ahead of time what to expect.

Yes! I’m available for travel within the Midwest and beyond. Travel fees may apply.
Process & Payments

You can book through my contact form or email me directly. After that, we’ll discuss details and secure your spot with a deposit.

A 50% deposit is required to start, with the remaining balance due at project completion. I accept payments via card, PayPal, and other methods. Although ACH is the preferred method due to processing fees.

Yes, a deposit secures your project in my calendar and allows me to begin work.

I get that life happens! Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable.
Design projects are a little different and will be outlined in the contract.

My goal is for you to love your final product! I include revision rounds to make sure we get it right. If you're still unhappy, we’ll talk through options to make it right.
